All information collected is strictly for the purpose of offering, arranging, or providing a merchant financing solution under all applicable legislation.

We collect information knowingly provided, such as email addresses, personal, financial and demographic information.

We reserve the right to access your credit bureau file.

We do not intend to collect data from children.

We reserve the right to contact you regarding your account status and changes to any policy or agreement that may be relevant to you.
